Current priorities
- Hosted version: app.piyaz.ai is live; ongoing work hardens the managed deployment for teams who want the full experience without self-hosting. Privacy-first architecture is the primary design constraint.
- MCP tooling improvements: expanding the tool surface and refining context retrieval for agent sessions.
- Documentation: comprehensive guides, reference pages, and concept explainers (this site).
Self-hosted Piyaz remains free and open source. The hosted version will be a paid service to cover infrastructure costs.
